A rare two-interview day today! This morning, I spoke with Brent from Farmers For Climate Solutions – Fermiers pour la transition climatique. We talked about Canadian farmers getting together to push governments to adopt pro-climate agricultural policies. Then this afternoon I talked to Gillian and Tony of BIPOC TV & Film about their education, networking, and advocacy work to challenge the underrepresentation of Black, Indigenous, and racialized workers, actors, creators, and voices in Canada’s TV and film industry.
